What We Offer
Two-story Townhomes with Private Garages
Each townhome is two-story, with an own private attached garage.

Washer/
Dryer Hook-ups
Your townhomes has washer/dryer hook-ups. You can do laundry in the comfort of your own home, whenever it works for you.
Appliances
Every townhome comes equipped with a dishwasher, stove and oven.
Residents may bring their own refrigerator, washer and dryer.

Individually-metered Utilities
Townhomes are individually-metered. That means that each tenant has their own water/trash, gas and electric accounts and only pay for what they actually consume.
Green Spaces
Every townhome has direct access to green spaces: either a private fenced-in backyard, or a shared courtyard.
Stability
The Rockwell Gardens is a stable community. In fact, more than a third of our residents have been at the Rockwell Gardens for more than 7 years!
Frequently Asked Questions
We look for applicants with a gross monthly household income of at least 2.5× the monthly rent and perform background, credit, rental history, and income verification.
Applicants with unpaid prior evictions, violent or sexual felony convictions, or other significant concerns may not qualify. Non-violent felony convictions older than 10 years are generally considered on a case-by-case basis.
At this time, we do not participate in the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program.

We welcome many pets! Residents may have up to two pets per townhome.
Approved pets require a refundable pet deposit equal to one month’s rent, and a $25 per month pet rent, per pet.
For the safety and comfort of all residents, the following dog breeds (and mixes of these breeds) are not permitted:

Every resident is responsible for their water/trash, electricity and gas.
Townhomes are individually-metered. That means that each resident has an own account with each utility company, and only pays for what they use.
All garages are private and directly attached to each townhome.
Each one-bedroom townhome comes with a one-car garage.
Each two-bedroom townhome comes with a two-car garage that accommodates two compact cars or one oversized vehicle.
Worried about garage space?
Prospective residents may measure and/or try out the garage space with their vehicle during a viewing.
Current residents should be sure to measure their garage before purchasing a new oversized vehicle.
Furthermore, there are limited outdoor parking spaces available for private rental. Just ask!
Townhomes have 1-2 bedrooms and 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 bathrooms.

Lawn care is included for homes that back up to the shared green spaces.
Residents with private fenced yards are responsible for mowing, weeding, and keeping those areas neat and well maintained. This helps keep the community looking great for everyone.
