This is intentional and tied directly to protecting the property.
Attachments to roofs or exterior surfaces often require penetrations into the structure. Over time, these penetrations can lead to:

- Increased maintenance issues
They can also create complications with insurance coverage, which is something we are actively working to manage responsibly.
Going forward, installations that attach to roofs, exterior walls, or other building elements will not be permitted without prior approval. This helps ensure that all improvements to the property are done in a way that protects both the buildings and the residents.
