One of the most visible improvements currently underway at Rockwell Gardens is the roof work.
So far, approximately 35% of the roof surface has already been replaced, with additional work planned as we continue to move forward.
Roofing is not just a cosmetic upgrade—it is one of the most important structural elements of the property. A properly functioning roof helps:

- Keep insurance costs under control
In many cases, issues with roofing are not immediately visible from the ground, but over time they can lead to more serious and costly problems if not addressed.
You may have seen crews working on different buildings over the last two weeks. The crew tried to reduce disruptions for residents, and reported that all residents were extremely cooperative and friendly. We thank you for your patience as we improve our community!
