Since taking over Rockwell Gardens, we’ve focused on getting the first set of improvements underway immediately.
The initial priority has been a full exterior reset—addressing items that impact both appearance and day-to-day living conditions.
This includes:
- General cleanup across the property
- Removing debris and built-up materials
- Leaf removal and basic landscaping work to bring common areas back into shape
- Addressing smaller repair items that can be handled quickly
While some of this work may seem simple, it plays an important role. A clean and well-maintained exterior not only improves how the property looks, but also contributes to safety, drainage, and overall upkeep.
You may also notice crews working in different areas of the property. This is part of a broader effort to move quickly and make steady progress across multiple fronts.
Our goal is to create visible improvements—so that residents can clearly see the direction the property is heading.
As we continue, we’ll also begin working on larger items, including roofing and other structural improvements, which we’ll cover in more detail in upcoming updates.
We appreciate your patience as this work gets underway and look forward to sharing continued progress.
