Technology plays an increasing role in how people live and feel secure in their homes.
At Rockwell Gardens, we aim to balance individual security preferences with overall community privacy.
Residents may use small devices such as doorbell cameras, provided they:
- Focus only on the immediate entry area
- Do not capture or monitor shared spaces or neighboring units
Any items that are attached, mounted, or installed on the exterior of buildings—including walls, roofs, siding, or common areas—require prior written approval from management.
This includes cameras, wiring, antennas, or similar equipment.
Installations that provide wide-angle surveillance of common areas or neighboring units are not permitted.
These guidelines are designed to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and respected in a shared environment.
In addition, property-operated systems may be used to support overall safety, and individual devices should not interfere with those systems.
